Terms of purchase
When making a purchase on our website you give LAURA BEULENS the authorisation to make the withdrawal. We accept payment by bank transfer, Paypal, Mastercard and Visa. For special inquires, please contact us for further information at calendar@laurabeulens.be.
All prices on the website are in euro and includes Belgian VAT which is 21%. Orders placed within the European union should not be subject to additional taxes, whereas countries outside the eu may charge custom fees. LAURA BEULENS cannot be held responsible for any delay at the customs or extra charges.
Returns
You have the possibility to return the items and cancel your purchase within 14 days after you have received your parcel. Send us an email with your order number if you have any products you wish to return. You have 14 days from the day you noticed us about the return, to ship back your order.
The return costs are not refunded or paid by LAURA BEULENS — you can arrange the shipping yourself or buy a return label via LAURA BEULENS. Please note returns have to be shipped directly to our address below.
Return parcels which has not been picked up at the courier/post office or declined will be handled as a return parcel — the return cost will not be refunded by LAURA BEULENS.
Please note the products have to be returned in the same condition as when they where purchased. Any used, broken product packaging (including stickers), damaged goods or products that show signs of wear and use will not be accepted. It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure the goods are in the same condition as when purchased.
If your order is damaged upon delivery, please contact us at calendar@laurabeulens.be as soon as noticed (within 24h) and attach a photo of the damaged item inside the original box (important).

This information is for internal use only, it will remain strictly confidential and will not be shared with third party members.

Intellectual property
LAURA BEULENS retains for benefit of itself, if and insofar as possible, the intellectual property on, amongst other things, whether or not enclosed with the offer, provided designs, images, drawings, samples, patterns and models.
The customer is not permitted to remove or change specifications regarding rights of intellectual property on/in the services delivered or made available by LAURA BEULENS.
The customer is forbidden to duplicate, make public, exploit or exhibit in any way material of the company that are vested with intellectual property rights without the permission of LAURA BEULENS.
